A hodge-podge of mostly boy stuff

. . . 'cuz that's what we got most of.  Boys.  First we have Max's 4th birthday.  We kind of love all things Toy Story at our house (and I'll admit, I'm right there with them--I can't resist a good Toy Story Lego set).  So that set the stage for Max's birthday mini-theme.  I don't think you can really call it a full blown party theme if you only spend 20 minutes on it, do you?

Here we have the cupcakes:

The opening of the presents. . . he looks thrilled, I know.  Ahh, that child-like excitement is overwhelming.

The Birthday Buzz:

With his main law-man, Woody:

Speaking of Max, I think he is tired of potty-training.  Aren't we all.

Do you ever wonder what your kids do during naptime?  I think I may have an idea now.

And lastly, here we have our little man.  So many people lately have commented on how tan his complexion is.  I then looked a little more closely and realized that, no, he is just orange.  A tinge of Oompa-Loompa orange around the edges.

So, until further notice (and until all of the carrot-containing baby food can be cleansed from his system), he will be appearing in black and white.

Happy Birthday Mr. Max! Love that little boy, and I can't believe he is FOUR! Wasn't Owen just four?
The sleeping pictures are great! And Mr. S is cute, orange tint and all!

The picture of Ryder with his hand down his pants and gun in hand is classic!!! I have heard of kids turning orange from baby food. If people think he is tan, why not just continue with the carrots!
