Happy Halloween!

Save the Earth.  Go Green.  Eco-friendly costumes is what it was about this year. . . meaning, "Let's re-use what we already have in the dress-up bag, kids!"

Just to let you folks in on something I find a little funny and a little disturbing, all at the same time.  See that costume on Olivia?  Check this out:

This is an October 2005 photo of the same gal and the same dress (oh. . . and the same dog).  Just had to add about 10 inches of material to the hem and we were good for this year.  What does that tell me?  It tells me that I need to start feeding her sticks of butter for breakfast.  Starting tomorrow.

Super cute kids!! And let me know if the butter works ~ I've got a few on the uber-skinny side too. Hannah is still wearing the same PJs from a year ago. Aren't babies supposed to grow a little faster than that?

Cute, cute, cute. Your kids are so cute. Olivia is a perfect little Dorothy. I wouldn't worry too much about the size. She is growing, hello, 10 inches!

Looks like a successful Halloween again! That's awesome you were able to go reuse! All the kids looked absolutely adorable!

I am all about re-using costumes. Unfortunatly nothing fits Clark anymore, but the girls have plenty to choose from!

How funny, you know 3 Heid's that blog!! Cute pics! Can't believe how true to character Owen looks! I love it when the kids want to re-use costumes! Maddie did that 2 years in a row and it was great! Too bad she didn't this year! I have the same problem with Maddie not filling out much. She's a stick and can still wear 5T in shirts. Not sure about that, but I'm glad we don't have the opposite problem with her!
