Since the boy can spend hours putting together Lego sets with--just a ballpark estimate--around 9,500,042 pieces in them, we thought that might make a great theme. A big shout goes out to my friend, Heidi, and her permission to steal some of her ideas. And to Bakerella (whom I've never met) for her cake pop recipe that we tweaked to look like Legos. Okay, okay. . . . it was Rich that made them. He should've been a baker in another life, because the guy has a serious eye for detail. Bakerfella, anyone? Just look how cute these are:

A Guessing Jar:

We had a bounce house in our bedroom, too (yep, our bedroom). The kids loved that--in fact, so much so that the noise level prevented me from going in there and snapping a picture.
Owen sure is lucky to have such cool friends. And maybe six years from now we will be up for another big bash. . . hee, hee--just kidding, Owen. Kind of.

I keep wondering about how the lego pops turned out. Magnificently, of course! Nice work! I feel bad I've not called yet to hear all the details about the big party! Looks like it was a success!
