Every Little Boy's Dream
"Today I think that I want to be an Indian Chief Superhero that fights the bad guys with my Pirate sword."
** Just a side note. . . . it's too bad that I didn't notice that the indian (or Native American. . . whatever works) vest, just made at preschool a half hour earlier, still had a good deal of wet black paint on it. I'm sure it was symbols spelling Owen's indian name "Chief He Who Jumps on Couch". Wet black paint + tan couch = heart failure for Mom. This photo taken in the calm minutes before heart failure occured. HOWEVER. . . . now I have to put my plug out for microfiber. Evidently black paint can come completely out of this miracle fabric. Love, love, love it!

We miss Owen! Just today Wesley was asking what our "plans" are for tomorrow. We told him just the usual -- school, FHE, ("Homework!" Asher shouted). Then we asked him if he had any other plans in mind. He said, "Yeah, I was thinking maybe we could invite Owen over for a sleepover." So just in case you're in the neighborhood tomorrow . . . :)
He seems like such a fun kid! I'm sure it is the first of many wet paint heart failure problems! Just so you know for future paint problems if it is still wet you usually can get it out! (I know someone who knows a litte bit about that kind of stuff)
Wow, I've heard many wonderful tales about microfiber--or miraclefiber, whatever.
I need to get my hands on that Superhero ABC book. I would have some fans at my house.
I love your blog Sharlene! It's so fun to get back in touch. I'm thinking my next purchase should be microfiber. Funny post. Why are you back in UT?
